Creating a build specification template for Java projects

For Java projects, generate a build specification as described in Creating a Java build specification. The file must have the extension .tpl.

Next, manually edit the build specification in a text editor, replacing all path names with variables that you choose.

Variables must have the following format:

%(VARIABLE_NAME)

where VARIABLE_NAME is the variable's identifier (a unique sequence of alpha-numeric characters and underscores, starting with a letter).

For example:

%(SRCROOT)
