Using a build specification template with kwcheck
- Import the build specification template (mandatory extension: .tpl) into the integration project. See Managing configuration files for integration projects.
Note: Steps 2 and 3 are not required if the build specification template contains only the kwpsroot variable.
- Inform developers of the variables they must replace.
- Developers map the variables in the template to local paths with the command kwcheck set-var.
- Developers run a Klocwork analysis. Because of the connection to the integration project, the build specification template is automatically retrieved and used.
