Filtering your reports

You can use filters to narrow the focus of your report to specific variables. You specify which filters are available for those who view your report. These filters will be applied to all reports that you have included within the dashboard. They are:

  • specified during report creation
  • used when viewing reports

Reports can be filtered by user, state, tag and type. For example, you can add the 'tag' filter to allow users who are viewing your report to only see code reviews with tags that they are concerned about.

Using the 'State' filter

You can customize the state filter to show the following:
  • Revision state: The current state of the revision (can be unassigned, pending, approved or rejected)
  • Action state: The current action state of the code review (Either open or closed)
  • Review state: The current review state of the code review (pending, approved or rejected)

Using the 'User' filter

You can customize the user filter to show the following:
  • User: Any user(s) involved with the code review(s)
  • From: Any user(s) who sent the code review
  • To: The user(s) asked to perform the code review
  • Author: The user that is the original author of the file
  • Responsible: The user(s) currently responsible for the current state of the file
  • Committer: The user who commits the code review
  • Reviewer: The user(s) responsible for reviewing the file
