If you are using kwvcprojparser to generate a build specification for a Visual Studio project:
If a project file included in the target solution is not found, kwvcprojparser displays the warning "Project file <project-file-path> is not found. Skipping" and continues to process the solution. The build specification will not contain any config, compile or link lines for the skipped project.
