Unable to restart Klocwork Servers

When the servers are stopped, then started again, the TCP port on which a service was running may not be released immediately. You may see an error message like the following:

<server_name> could not be started because Port already in use

or

<server_name> is already running

You may have to wait a short time for the port to be released before trying to start a service again. You can check the status of the port with the command netstat. Once the port is free, start the server again.
