Troubleshooting include errors in the integration build log

When you see warnings in your integration build log such as:

Error: Cannot include file "stdio.h"

1. Run kwinject with the --debug option. This helps determine whether the include errors are related to compiler configuration problems.
2. Send the following to Customer Support:
   • the debug output from kwinject
   • the full path to the header files on the build machine
