Pre-checkin code review setup for the Klocwork administrator

In a pre-checkin code review, Klocwork compares locally modified source code with the version checked out of source control.

Prerequisites for all pre-checkin code reviews

For participants to conduct pre-checkin code reviews in Klocwork, the following prerequisites must be met:

• the Klocwork Server package must be installed
• the Klocwork Servers must be started

Extra prerequisite for viewing and citing Klocwork detected issues

An integration project is not required for all code reviews, but if you want participants to be able to view and cite Klocwork detected issues in Code Review, you need to run a project analysis.
