Permissions for users

Make sure that anyone who needs to work in a projects_root directory has access to it.

If you create a new projects_root directory with the kwservice setup command, remember to give read/write access to everyone who will work in it.

Unix only: Work with your system administrator to set permissions for users who share Klocwork administration privileges for the same projects_root. Such users should be members of the same user group, with their UMASK set to allow all members of the group to have read/write/execute permissions.
