General troubleshooting issues

You may see one of the following error messages or warnings while using Klocwork. Click one of the links below for more information.

  1. Accessing your desktop build.log and parse errors.log
  2. Can't change issue status on desktop
  3. Cannot display the web page error when clicking some links in plug-in help
  4. Cannot display the web page or Failed to Connect messages
  5. Cannot run two sets of the Klocwork Servers as Windows Services
  6. Error indicating that a previous version of the Klocwork user package is installed
  7. Error reading setup initialization file during installation
  8. Errors printed in the Output window of Checker Studio
  9. Failed to connect to server due to missing PKI certificate
  10. Failed to lock file or directory: No locks available
  11. Import fails when importing projects with a large number of builds
  12. Installation fails when path contains multibyte characters
  13. Java memory problems when running Klocwork applications
