Editing reports

You can edit, print and delete reports you have created.

To edit a report, hover your mouse over the name of your report and a drop-down list will appear. From this list, select the report you wish to edit and click the pencil icon.

To print a report, click the printer icon. Note that filters are not included in the printed output.

To delete a report, hover your mouse over the name of your report and a drop-down menu will appear. From this list, select the report you wish to delete and click on the delete icon.

Sharing reports

You can share reports you created in two ways:
  • If you want to share the report with specific developers, you can click the paperclip icon. This opens a pop-up box that contains a link you can copy and paste to share with other developers.
  • If you're a Projects root admin, you can make a report "public". This makes the report available to all users on the current Klocwork Server. You will see a 'make this report visible to everyone' icon when viewing a report. Click this to make it visible for all users.
Note: To make a report public that was created by a user without the Projects root admin role, the report creator must copy the link by clicking the paperclip icon and provide it to the Projects root admin. Then the Projects root admin can click the provided link to make the report public.
