Cannot connect to the Klocwork server and host name contains multi-byte characters

If your host name contains multi-byte characters (for example, Japanese) and you try to connect to it in Visual Studio, you won't be able to connect to the host.

Workaround: Connect to the server by using the ASCII representation of the multi-byte host name.
