If you see the message "Authentication failed", this means that an access control method has been set up, and you need to authenticate with the Klocwork Server before continuing.
For command-line tools, the error message will provide the exact kwauth command line that you need to run. For GUI tools, you will see a login dialog. You need to log in only once. For more information on access control, see Setting up access control.
